Go With Your Flow - Adventure Period Kits

How do I clean my Go With Your Flow pack?

The outer case of your pack can be hand or machine washed in cold water.  Hang to dry.

The zippered disposal pouch can be hand washed with soap and water or wiped clean with a damp cloth.  To dry, wipe with dry cloth then hang, unzipped.

Do not use bleach or other harsh cleaners.

 

I use a menstrual cup.  Does it work with the Go With Your Flow pack?

Definitely- quite a few women have told us the Flow pack is really helpful when it's time to remove, empty, clean, and reinsert a cup. 

When you don't have toilet paper or a bathroom sink readily available, clean yourself with the Flow pack's wipes (and in the absence of a waste bin, dispose of them within the pack).  

Keep your menstrual cup and any other menstrual products you use clean, organized, and accessible by storing them together in a Flow pack.   

You claim to be a company concerned about sustainability.  Why are your wipes individually wrapped in non-recyclable packaging? 

The simple answer:  this is a challenge we're trying to figure out.

Women told us they want wipes for cleaning up (and they're a lifesaver when you don't have toilet paper readily available).   We carefully evaluated wipe material options, and ultimately selected the most sustainably-produced wipe material we could find.  The wipe itself is Rainforest Alliance and FSC certified, and it meets international standards for compostability.

Unfortunately, the wipes' packaging it not compostable or recyclable. We explored packaging and containers that hold multiple wipes, but most of these options leak and dry out the wipes. The multi-wipe containers that are less likely to leak have a hard plastic "lid" that can't be recycled, and ultimately has a greater environmental footprint than the individual wrappers on our wipes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't yet shipped, you can change or cancel it by emailing us at sales@animosa.co.  

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once shipped, but you have 14 days to return or exchange unused items in their original packaging.

 

When will I be charged for my order?

You'll be charged immediately after placing your order through our web store.

 

How do I use my promo code?

When will my order ship?

We do our best to ship within 3 business days of receiving your order.  If you are in a rush to get your order, feel free to send us an email at sales@animosa.co and we'll do what we can to expedite your order processing.

How will I know that my order has shipped?

You will get a confirmation email at the address you provide during checkout letting you know that your order is on the way!

 

What shipping carrier does Animosa use?

Most U.S. orders are delivered by USPS, although occasionally we use UPS for large orders. International order carriers may vary.

 

How do I track my order?

Your order confirmation will include a carrier tracking number.  

 

What kind of shipping materials and packaging does Animosa use?

To reduce our environmental footprint, we use as little packaging and shipping material as possible.  

Orders are shipped in reusable, recyclable pouches made from 100% recycled plastic.  

Paper-based packaging and printed materials are made from 100% recycled materials.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Yikes! If your order should have arrived by now but hasn't, please send us an email at sales@animosa.co and we'll look into it right away.

Can I return products before they have been used?

Absolutely. Products that have not been used and are in their original packaging can be returned to us for a full refund (minus the original cost of shipping) or exchange. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order send the product(s) back to us. To request a return or exchange, just email us at sales@animos.co and we will reply with our return mailing address and shipping instructions.

Can I return products after they have been used?

Due to hygienic concerns, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds for used Flow packs or P* Off Cloths.
